In this menu we will take a journey through the 4 seasons - or rather the 5 seasons. We will discover together what this fifth season is and why it is so important to me. We will take a tour of my vegetable garden and after harvesting the ripest vegetables we will go to cook them-I will teach you alternative cooking methods that you can then replicate at home.

- What a wonderful Cesarina we have here. She's a teacher at hearth and awesome guest. If you want to learn some great italian dishes having a great time, I recommend Marta Evelina.
