Ingredients
- 200 g tagliatelle pasta
- 200 g wild asparagus
- 70 g dry sausage
- 1 spring onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 15 ml extra virgin olive oil
- Red chili pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Method
- Bring a pot of salted water to a boil: it will be used to cook the tagliatelle.
- Meanwhile, wash the asparagus and clean the garlic and spring onion; then heat the oil in a large pan and add the spring onion, garlic, chili pepper and the asparagus cut into pieces of about 2 cm.
- Let the ingredients cook and release their flavors, then add a ladle of warm water. Allow the water to evaporate and add the dry sausage cut very thin and into small pieces.
- Cook for about 5 minutes.
- When the pasta is ready, toss it in the pan with the asparagus and sausage, then serve.
