Hallo von Massimiliano!

Ein angenehmer Blick aus den Fenstern und von der kleinen Terrasse auf die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten von Florenz; ein Viertel, das noch immer die Seele von Florenz atmet, mit kleinen Handwerksläden und Geschäften, in deren Schaufenstern nur lokale Produkte zu sehen sind. In dieser Atmosphäre, in der die Zeit still zu stehen scheint, treffen wir Massimilano. Unser Cesarino ist ein echter Kochliebhaber. Seit seiner Kindheit wurde er in der Kenntnis der Rohstoffe unterrichtet, von den Fleischstücken bis zur Auswahl des saisonalen Gemüses, mit einem Wort: in der Qualität.

This was a personal lesson in a chef's home. He was an acclaimed chef. Beyond the food and prep, Max told us a lot about Italian food and eating. He is extremely knowledgeable of the culture a various locations around Italy and how the locale dictates the food and food choices.

At first i did not realize that i booked that you need to to a house but i really love and enjoyed our experience i will highly recommend this coz you can interact to local people in florence .thanks you to our host Massimiliano we learned alot from him his very patience to us .i will recreate what we’ve learned when we go home.

It was lovely to have the experience of joining a local in their home and being shown some of the dishes from the area. My host Massimiliano was very welcoming and explained the processes involved in making the food. Good food, wine and company.

This was one of our highlights of our Florence trip! Massimiliano was charming and took great delight in showing us how to prepare 2 Italian dishes and desserts. His pride and love for Italian cooking was so evident and made us feel so welome in his home. Not only did we enjoy teh actual preparation of the dishes but also the conversation that ensued over the delicous pasta, tiramisu and wine. We can't wait to try these new recipes on our friends. We will always remember Massimilaono (Max's) hospitality. We hghly recommend this experience.
