Una agradable vista desde las ventanas y la pequeña terraza de los principales monumentos florentinos; un barrio que aún conserva el alma florentina, desde las pequeñas tiendas de artesanos hasta los comercios donde solo se ven productos locales en los escaparates. En este ambiente, donde el tiempo parece haberse detenido, conocemos a Massimilano. Nuestro Cesarino es un auténtico apasionado de la cocina, desde niño se le educó en el conocimiento de las materias primas, desde los cortes de carne hasta la elección de las verduras de temporada, en una palabra, la calidad.

: This was a personal lesson in a chef's home. He was an acclaimed chef. Beyond the food and prep, Max told us a lot about Italian food and eating. He is extremely knowledgeable of the culture a various locations around Italy and how the locale dictates the food and food choices.

His pride and love for Italian cooking was so evident and made us feel so welome in his home. Not only did we enjoy teh actual preparation of the dishes but also the conversation that ensued over the delicous pasta, tiramisu and wine. We can't wait to try these new recipes on our friends.
